Precision Turning : We specialize in precision turning work for bar diameters ranging from 2 to 100 mm, handling small to large series. Our ability to machine a variety of materials, such as steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, bronze, aluminum, titanium, plastics and composite materials, sets us apart in the industry. Our machine fleet includes multi-spindle, single-spindle installations, NC lathes, CNC milling machines, and machining centers, with subcontracted operations such as broaching, grinding, welding, heat treatment and surface treatment.

Precision engineering : We process parts up to 80 mm in bars and 250 mm in blanks, from prototype parts to series of up to 5 parts. Our lathes and milling machines, whether traditional or CNC, are complemented by drilling machines, CNC saws and machining centers, allowing unrivaled flexibility and precision.

Departments : We produce compression, tension, torsion springs, shaped springs and flat springs, for wire diameters ranging from 0,1 to 16 mm, in small to large series. Our materials include steel, stainless steel, copper, galvanized, brass, titanium, etc., with the ability to prototype and provide express service.

Industrial Precision Wire Forming and Bending : Our services extend to wire forming for diameters from 0,6 to 12 mm and precision industrial bending for tubes from 2 to 60 mm, offering benefits like silver brazing, orbital TIG welding and various treatments of surface.

Sintering - Powder Metallurgy : We are specialists in high temperature INOX, offering structural parts with complex shapes with controlled porosity, suitable for large series with tight tolerances.

Industrial Sheet Metal and Boilermaking : Our expertise extends to sheet metal and boilermaking, with a capacity to work on thicknesses of 0,5 to 25 mm for steel, and up to 20 mm for stainless steel and 12 mm for aluminum. We offer a 48-hour express service for laser cutting, as well as welding and riveting services.
